The NVIDIA BlueField-2 DPU model 900-9D208-0086-ST4 comes with dual 25GbE SFP28 ports and is connected via PCIe Gen4 x16. It integrates a 16-core ARM Cortex-A72 processor (with two 8-core clusters) and features 16GB of DDR4 ECC memory. This DPU supports advanced networking and storage offloads, including RoCE v2, NVMe-oF, IPsec/TLS acceleration, and SR-IOV. It also offers hardware acceleration for security protocols such as AES and SHA, as well as secure boot. The DPU can be programmed using the DOCA SDK, and it provides remote management via an onboard BMC that supports Redfish and PLDM.
