The ARISTA 7260 series switches are highly productive network equipment designed for modern data processing centers and cloud architectures, where high bandwidth, tuning flexibility and minimal delay are critically important.. Thanks to this, one switch is able to replace a few less powerful solutions by optimizing network infrastructure and reducing energy consumption.
A specific model from the Arista 7260 line is equipped with up to 64 ports QSFP, Each of which can operate at 100G speeds or be divided with a Breakout cable into four separate channels on 25G. Thus, the total number of logical ports can reach 256 when using all physical interfaces as a branch.
