Arista 7300X Series – These are new generation switches designed for high-performance dates, operator networks and corporate infrastructure where stability, scalability and outstanding delay are critical. These devices provide a capacity to 150 TbIT/s and are ideal for implementing spine-leaf architectures.
The series includes models 7304X, 7308X and 7316X with the ability to install up to 16 linear cards, each of which provides support 10G/25G/40G/100G Ethernet. This allows flexibly adaptation to the needs of any organization, regardless of scale. Throughput of each line card reaches 6,4 TbIT/s, and the redundant architecture provides fault tolerance level carrier-grade.
An important advantage is modularity: You can start with a base configuration and scalable the system without downtime. Switches support IEEE standards including VXLAN, EVPN and MPLS, which makes them a universal solution for both traditional and cloud networks.
At the base Arista EOS (Extensible Operating System) - reliable and flexible operating system based on Linux, with the possibility of integration through API. It gives IT professionals full control, automation and rapid response to changes in the network.
Cooling is implemented through modular fans available in Front-To-back and Back-To-Front, which provides effective ventilation depending on the configuration of the racks. The devices meet certification requirements NEBS, have a supply power supply and guarantee continuous work 24/7.
