Switches Juniper Series EX6200 are a modular chassis with 8-ew expansion slots for line modules (line card) and 2-me slots for control modules (routing engine) Juniper. These high-performance switches are designed for use at the aggregation and core levels in campus networks and data centers. Like other models in series Juniper EX, Platform EX6200 works under the control Junos.
Ruler Juniper EX6200 supports a variety of line modules with a variety of interfaces — 1000BASE-T, 1000BASE-X and 10GbE. Platform Juniper EX6200 high-performance modular ethernet switches in the industry, capable of producing up to 4,4 Tbit/with per device. In addition, these devices are also capable of routing IP packets at full interface rate, additional L2 and L3 layer features, including support for IPv6, service quality (QoS) and extensive scalability MAC- and IP addresses.
