Transceiver Nvidia 980-9I17S-00HS00
The NVIDIA 980-9I17S-00HS00 is a QSFP56 200GBase-SR4 optical transceiver module designed for high-performance InfiniBand HDR and Ethernet networks. It supports a data rate of 200 Gbps over four 50G-PAM4 lanes and utilizes an 850 nm wavelength for transmission over multimode fiber (MMF). The module features an MPO-12 connector and supports distances up to 100 meters on OM4 fiber. It includes Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics and complies with industry standards such as IEEE 802.3bs and QSFP56 MSA.
Modulation -based equipment 100G-PAM4 Provides transmission of data at speed to 400 GbIT/s and used in InfiniBand networks and Ethernet. Technology PAM4 lets double the data density compared to NRZ, which is critical for modern data centers, high-performance computing, and cloud infrastructures.
The ruler includes transversal and cable assembly of formats QSFP112, OSFP and Twin-port OSFP. Supports active (AOC, ACC) and passive (DAC) cables as well as multimode (MMF) and one -mode (SMF) Optical modules. All devices are certified and meet the standards IEEE 802.3bs and InfiniBand HDR.
Implemented various connection schemes:
- 800G-to-800G - Direct connection of switches;
- 800G-to-2x400G - Connecting modules DPU ConnectX-7 and BlueField-3;
- 800G-to-4x200G - Multiple distribution of traffic.
Modules support digital monitoring DDM: temperature control, voltage, radiation power and reception, laser output current. This provides stability during operation and accelerates diagnostics. Also supported FEC-coding that reduces the possibility of loss and errors in high -frequency transmission conditions.
form factor OSFP designed for effective heat dissipation, which allows the use of DSP high power and achieve steady work at distances up to 2 km (SMF). QSFP112 offers compactness and backward compatibility with previous generations, including channels up to 100 m for OM4.
The operating temperature range is from 0 to +70°C. All devices meet the requirements MSA, which ensures cross-compatibility in network solutions from different manufacturers. Equipment is designed to build scaled, rejection and energy -efficient new generation networks where critical speed, density and reliability of data transmission.
